Tori
I have been practising yoga for over 25 years, and teaching for over 15 now, and still love sharing and learning more about this amazing practice. I am a British Wheel of Yoga teacher and Foundation Course Tutor, with over 1000 hrs of training/studying, including yoga therapy and work with international teachers. I draw from several styles of yoga, tailoring practice to suit individual needs and abilities. I encourage students to enjoy all of yoga, beyond simply asana, so you can expect pranayama, meditation, yogic anatomy and some philosophy in my classes too.
My classes at the Cardiff Yoga Studio range from Beginners through Fundamentals to more experienced students, so I hope you’ll find something to fit your needs.

Pauline
I’ve been practising yoga for 20 years +, initially as that essential bit of “me-time”, taking time out from a busy work and family life juggling act! I soon realised the benefits of practicing yoga in supporting me through the trials and tribulations of life. I developed a love for the holistic nature of yoga, discovering the “magic” of how you go into a class weary with the world and come out walking taller and with a broad smile on your face!
Yoga is a learning process, so now I’ve trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and my teaching journey has begun. It’s a chance to share that “magic”!

Shiv
INamaste my friend, I’m Shiv and I would love to train yoga with you!
Yoga is the love of my life — It brings an endless stream of gifts, each more amazing than the last. My wish is to share in this treasure with you, because it is your birthright as a sentient, and quite frankly brilliant, being.
My approach is built on three principles: Train without strain, develop the attitude of the detached witness and consistency builds Tejas (Tejas here means an inner fire that eventually rises and cleanses your system)
I am not teaching anything new. My work is to help and break down the mystical and ancient Hatha Yoga into something that can be grasped in our generation.
Feel welcome to join my free Skool page to get free courses and loads of cool Yoga stuff.
Subscribe to my YouTube. I’m trying to interview people who inspire me and have lots of fun in the process!

Jo
I started practising yoga and meditation over twenty five years ago to bring a clarity to my life whilst recovering from a chronic health condition. I trained as a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher in 2013 and have completed extensive specialist training. I have expertise in offering yoga for women’s heath, older people and those experiencing mental health problems. I am further qualified as a Yoga Therapist registered with Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC).
I emphasise working with yogic tools and techniques for holistic health and purposeful wellbeing. I encourage the use of yoga to foster more helpful choices in daily life, to reconnect with yourself, and as a process to find your own way authentically. I am committed to supporting students develop their own unique, personal yoga practice to bring a greater awareness, connection, balance, and renewed vitality to mind and body.
I bring compassion, kindness, and a person-centred approach to teaching. My classes are therapeutically focused and nurturing with an emphasis on breathing, mindfulness and relaxation. My genuine interest in people naturally enables me to work in an empowering and insightful way. I have a proven long-standing commitment to improving health holistically and working in an integrated and collaborative way.

Diana
Diana O’Reilly has been practicing yoga for over twenty years, and teaching for 18 of those. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Diana trained with the BWY in Bristol and teaches in the South Wales area.
Diana’s passion for yoga stems from the belief that we can affect the mind, body and spirit together through movement, breath work and meditation and that yoga creates an alchemy of these to bring us to a deeper understanding of our true selves.
Diana has trained with various schools and styles such as Iyengar, vinyasa flow, ashtanga and Scaravelli-inspired. Her own style is influenced by all these schools as well as her own personal work on the mat.

I have been teaching different ways of moving and healing the body and mind for over 15 years, and my yoga classes incorporate these different elements. I believe in the power of finding time for both movement and stillness to calm our nervous systems but to also incorporate fun, laughter and a little bit of magic in all that we do.
Alongside teaching yoga, I am also a mentor and a counsellor, and I am currently expanding my knowledge by training to become a trauma informed somatic counsellor.
