Monthly Full Moon Yoga With Allie
Sundays – 27th September, 25th October, 22nd November, 20th December
7pm-8.30pm
Full Moon Yoga offers a nourishing practice that aligns with the energy of the moon and the seasons, inviting you to attune your body and mind to the natural rhythms of nature.
As we move through the year we will explore grounding movements in the winter months and more expansive flows in the summer to harmonise with seasonal shifts.
What to expect:
Grounding flows to connect with your inner strength.
Restorative postures to release tension and foster renewal.
Mindful breathwork to create calm and balance.
A deeply relaxing meditation to close the practice.
Space to reflect, release, and set intentions for the season ahead.
Seasonal herbal tea on arrival.
Give yourself this time to pause and reconnect in a peaceful, supportive space. Everybody welcome.

Fooling as a solo improvisation form, where we learn to give voice and form to our inner feelings and the different âpartsâ or âmasksâ that make up our unique selves in response to world we find ourselves in. The traditional icon of âThe Foolâ features a man stepping off of a cliff, into âthe voidâ whilst sniffing a flower⌠symbolise the potential risk and gain of open heartedness.

Dominique is an experienced facilitator, therapist, teacher and performer. She trained for many years in the art of fooling under the directorship of Holly Stoppit, and is a member of the fooling company Beyond The Ridiculous.
She combines, irreverent joy, strong holding and deep process to support participants to feel confident to step into the void, in the company of others sharing the same journey. Together we will connect, witness and nurture a sense of play and clown like openess which helps us to take risks.
The taster session will involve, playful exercises in voice, movement to help you get a sense of the form, and how Dominique holds space. Please note this is an inclusive space and every body is welcome. A basic level of fitness is assumed.
