The Studio
Conveniently situated next to the city centre (a short 10 minute walk), the Cardiff Yoga Studio is easily accessible by public transport. The Studio is a bright and quiet space, with polished hardwood floors and central heating, and an area of around 7 x 7 metres.
Initially built in 1999, the studio has been recently refurbished.
If you would like to take a tour of the studio before booking or chat to our Studio Manager, don’t hesitate to get in contact.
Facilities
The space includes changing facilities, a reception and toilet, and all equipment necessary for a yoga class is provided.
We also have foldable chairs available for workshops and classes, and access to a private roof terrace for relaxation during breaks.
Capacity
For yoga or other exercise classes the studio has space for 10-15 participants, depending on type of class. The studio can seat groups of up to 30 people, theatre style.
Activities
Although the studio was purpose built for yoga, it would also be ideal for other activities such as tai chi, mindfulness courses, workshops, team wellbeing days, drama, massage, etc.
The studio is available for block bookings or one-off events, for both groups and one-to-one activities.

We're happy to promote your classes and workshops on this website, through our social media and on posters in the studio and the Buddhist Centre next door. This can be discussed during your booking.
