Working with yoga and pranayama to develop a mindful meditation practice with our focus on the breath to bring us back to the present moment and the richness of experience that this contains. Focusing on the breath to build our alert and sensitive awareness so that we can cultivate inner balance and dhyana (meditative absorption). Combining body awareness, rhythmic movement and asana with the breath to encourage stillness and draw us into a deeply concentrated state.
