“Come and join me at my Yoga Nidra Beginners Workshop on Sunday 4th March and begin the journey exploring the ancient practice of deep relaxation .
What to expect ( there maybe a few changes on the day)
- Yoga Nidra : what it is, how to practice & the benefits of regular practice over time.
- Short breathing practice to settle the energy in the room.
- A brief introduction to the kosha’s ( sheaths of the body).
- Gentle warm up with beginner yoga poses.
